SeeYou is an international development organisation whose vision is of an inclusive society where no one is left behind and all persons participate equally in the cultural, social, political and economic environment. SeeYou is the new name of Light for the World Netherlands. Since 1982 we have been committed to people with a (visual) disability. We see them and help with (eye)care, education, work and inclusion. Together with them, the local community and with you. Because every person is valuable and precious.

Our mission is to contribute to a world in which persons with disabilities fully exercise their rights. The UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities guides us. Persons with disabilities living in poverty are amongst the most excluded groups in society. They are at the centre of our work and they drive the change.

And The People designs innovative solutions and realises projects on environmental and societal challenges such social inclusion, circular economy, sustainable & inclusive housing, a fairer food system and stimulation of (youth) entrepreneurship. Our starting point is the perceptions, needs, behaviours and desires of end users and other important stakeholders - through research, co-creation, design sprints and social labs we develop and test solutions that deliver sustainable impact.
